Past Harry Norman rookie of the year to lead firm’s professional development

Harry Norman, Realtors agent and 2018 rookie of the year Tori Hughes was promoted to professional development manager.

In her new role, Hughes will oversee training programs for the company’s 850 agents.

Hughes joined the firm’s East Cobb office in 2018 as a first-time agent and was recognized as one of the firm’s top 30 agents of 2019. In a press release, Harry Norman said Hughes’ strong performance as an agent comes from a “vast network” of personal connections, which drove 70% to 80% of her 2020 transactions.

As professional development manager, Hughes will handle the new agent onboarding process, including recruitment; orientation and training of new agents; writing new training manuals; and implementing a companywide mentor program.
