Local developer McKinley Homes is ramping up sales efforts at its 22-story condo tower Seven88 West Midtown.

The 279-unit property is now open for tours seven days a week, and a pair of McKinley agents are available on-site for prospective buyers, according to a press release.

“We are pleased to offer potential buyers more opportunities to meet with agents and find their dream home,” said Don Gale, McKinley Homes vice president of marketing and sales. “Seasoned agents Adrienne Wilson and Tiffine Baker are on-site and available for buyers. They’re excited about the opportunity to showcase the building and its many amenities and available homes.”

Visitors can tour five decorated model homes, as well as amenity spaces, including an outdoor deck with dining and gathering spaces, a saltwater swimming pool and a whirlpool spa. Indoor amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, dog yard and spa, clubroom with demonstration kitchen, billiards and lounge.

Move-in ready homes begin in the $300,000s and rise to over $1 million. Residences are available in 20 floor plans ranging from studios to one- to three- bedrooms to penthouses.

Residents began occupying the concrete-and-steel building, located at 788 West Marietta St., in 2020. When complete, the tower will offer 9,000 square feet of ground-level retail, restaurant and entertainment space.

Tours are available from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
