Livian Atlanta, Team Kimberley and The Peters Company combine to form Livian Legacy

by John Yellig

Local brokerages Livian Atlanta, Team Kimberley Real Estate and The Peters Company recently merged and rebranded as Livian Legacy. The partnership will establish a Livian hub within the Keller Williams North Atlanta market center.

Livian Atlanta CEO David Lewis will serve as acting CEO of the new partnership, which boasts 20 agents who have closed more than 4,500 lifetime transactions. It will also add CEO-led teams and soon launch market center-led teams within Keller Williams Chattahoochee North and Keller Williams Roswell.

“We are all better together, and the collaboration of these three industry-leading teams on top of the power of Livian and Keller Williams was an easy decision,” said Lewis, who also serves as Livian Territory Leader for the South.

The Peters Company is led by co-founders Lesley and Andy Peters. Lesley Peters began her real estate career in 2006 and was joined by Andy Peters in 2008 when they officially formed The Peters Company. Andy Peters currently serves as operating partner and leads three North Atlanta Keller Williams franchises, all of which are collectively known as the Georgia Legacy Group.

Together, the Peters have sold more than 2,067 properties and served as KW MAPS Coaches. They are also part of Gary Keller’s Mastermind Group.

Team Kimberley is led by CEO Dustin Kimberley, who entered real estate in 2013. Since then, the firm has closed 647 transactions representing more than $247 million in deal volume. Newsweek ranked it as a top 30 team in Georgia in 2020.

“I have learned along the way that alone we go fast, together we go far,” Kimberly said. “If you want to do something that is going to leave a large impact on the world, whether it’s business, family or giving back, you have to do it with partners and cannot do it alone.”
