Traton Homes has opened sales at Archerfield, a new neighborhood of 12 single-family luxury homes in Smyrna. 

Located at the corner of Atlanta Road and Campbell Road, Archerfield’s three-story, detached residences offer elevators and come with two-car garages. The homes are priced from the high $700,000s and come in two floor plans, The Glover and The Reynolds, both of which offer three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms over 2,663 square feet of living space.  

Interiors come with 10-foot ceilings on the main level, gourmet kitchens and covered rear decks. Community amenities include a walking trail and outdoor fireplace with an arbor.
