ERA Sunrise Realty in Canton and ERA Foster & Bond Real Estate in Atlanta recently won the ERA Unity Award for their efforts to cultivate an inclusive community. 

The two brokerages operate as a unified company after merging last year and serve Atlanta, Athens and North Georgia. They received the award at ERA Real Estate’s annual all-network conference, Fuel 2026, in Austin, Texas. 

The Unity Award is part of ERA’s Circle of Success Awards, which recognizes affiliated brokerages and agents for certain accomplishments, commitment to service and professional successes.  

ERA Sunrise and ERA Foster & Bond were cited for their inclusive multilingual marketing and companywide diversity guidance, as well as initiatives like Latino Home Leads, which provides culturally relevant education and resources for Latino and Hispanic families, and leadership in LGBTQ+ advocacy through the EPIC Realty Alliance, created alongside ERA Summit.
