Priced from the $400,000s, the four- and five-bedroom houses will offer front porches, colorful front doors and open floorplans. Inside, kitchens will have oversized islands, quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while mudrooms, loft spaces and study areas are available. Community amenities include a pool and a cabana.
