Traton Homes has opened sales in its 45-townhome Gates at Hamilton Grove community in Marietta. Prices begin in the low $400,000s. 

Homes are available with two floor plans: the Brooks, which offers three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and the Bryson, which offers four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All homes come with open living areas, two-car garages and gourmet kitchens.

The first building of townhomes is under construction with inventory available and slated to close this summer.
