The 433-unit Resia Tributary apartment community in Douglasville recently opened with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony. Leasing began last summer.

Douglas County Commissioner Whitney Kenner Jones and members of the Douglasville Chamber of Commerce and Elevate Douglas were on hand to lead the proceedings.

Located at 1851 Market St. in Douglasville, the community offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, all of which come with stainless-steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryers and granite countertops. They also have open kitchen floorplans, 10-foot ceilings and either a balcony or patio.

Community amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, swimming pool and pickleball court. The development also features The Square, an outdoor event area, and a two-story, 22,000-square-foot commercial building with 13,000 square feet of retail space, including Twisted Pye Kitchen and Just Love Coffee Café.

“Resia Tributary is our first community in Atlanta, and we are excited to bring quality housing to working professionals and families in the area,” Resia President and CEO Ernesto Lopes said in a press release.
