Toll Brothers selected The Shirley Gary Group at Ansley Real Estate to manage new-home sales for its intown Atlanta communities: Eloise at Grant Park, Beckham Place at Morningside and Park 108 and New Talley Station in Decatur.

Park 108 offers loft-style condos in a historic building in Oakhurst, while New Talley Station offers move-in ready townhomes and stacks near downtown Decatur, and Beckham Place is a new construction townhome community near the Beltline and Piedmont Park. The firm has already sold all units at Eloise at Grant Park, a community of townhomes and stacked condos overlooking Grant Park.
