The annual report surveyed agents in the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network to find out how they’re helping clients get their homes ready to list. 

The new policy allows sellers to put off marketing their properties for a period of time to be determined by their local MLSs. 

The Newnan firm, led by former mixed-martial arts champion, brings with it 16 agents who closed more than $70 million in sales last year. 

The Arizona-based firm has been expanding in the Atlanta market since it acquired PalmerHouse Properties in 2021 and now boasts more than 3,200 local agents. 

Rachel Carter will be the new managing broker for the Intown Atlanta office, while Stasi Harper will serve as a new assistant manager at the Marietta/Cobb and Douglasville locations. 

Debbie Sonenshine, an agent from Cobb/North Fulton, founded Backpack Buddies of Metro Atlanta.

Garrido plans to connect Atlanta clients looking for properties in Vail’s luxury resort market and Coloradans seeking a piece of Atlanta’s high-end real estate scene. 

The agent, Price Curtis, is a Buckhead native with almost 20 years of real estate experience.

The three professionals include First MLS CEO Jeremy Crawford, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties President and CEO DeAnn Golden and Mark Spain Real Estate Founder and CEO Mark Spain. 

The incoming president is a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties.

Jacqui Carlyle earned her real estate license this year and is the firm’s newest agent. 

Clopton most-recently served as managing broker of COMPASS’s Intown and North Atlanta offices.  

The new director is the owner and CEO of the Shanan Steere Group in Olathe, Kansas, which is affiliated with KW Overland Park.
