The development, which is located on the corner of Peachtree Road and Terrace Drive, will offer 144 residences and a host of amenities.
The development, located at 4151 Memorial Drive, will comprise five seven-story buildings.
The communities encompass 243 homesites and are located in Dallas, Winder and Homer.
Located at 500 Pleasant Hill Road NW, the development experienced organic rental-rate growth of more than 18% over the last year.
The community, Avenue 33 Apartments, was built in 1999 and is located at 3386 Mount Zion Road.
About 30 of the homes have already been sold, according to the developer, Ashton Woods.
The real estate company is also reportedly involved in the $2 billion High Street mixed-use project in Dunwoody.
The building, proposed by LV Collective, would house 480 units on the top 27 stories.
The move comes less than six months after the builder, McKinley Homes, brought in a full-time sales staff and boosted property tours.
The seller, Hudson Capital Properties, acquired the property for $68.2 million in 2016.
