Since earning her real estate license in 2014 and transforming her passion for house flipping into a full-time career, Caroline Harris of Gigalig Realty brokered by eXp Realty LLC has established herself as a trusted professional and caring advisor. “As a Realtor, I want to make sure I am treating my clients as they want to be treated,” Harris says. “Every client is different. Serving buyers and sellers of all varieties in Northwest Atlanta, Smyrna, Vinings and Buckhead, Harris treasures every opportunity to help clients reach the closing table. She is a certified millennial specialist and a certified mentor and for the past two years has received the Chairman’s Excellence Award with eXp Realty. Harris is a top producer and was recently featured in VoyageATL magazine.

Attributing her work ethic and competitive edge to her days as a college basketball player, Harris understands the value of practice and preparation. “There is a lot of hard work that goes unnoticed in real estate, and it takes a lot of discipline and goal setting to be successful, both of which I derived from athletics,” she says.

While making an effort to find a healthy work-life balance, Harris is in the process of writing a book and launching her own business. Named Gigalig (an acronym for “God is good and life is good”), the company will give back to local organizations dedicated to fighting homelessness in and around Atlanta.

Harris is a member of the Atlanta Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors, and Daughters of the American Revolution. In her off time, she volunteers as a room mom at her son’s school, plays tennis and spends time with her family.
