The current president and senior loan specialist at Mortgage Atlanta LLC, Berman focuses on home purchase mortgages, including jumbo home loans, VA home loans and first-time homebuyers. “Homebuyers bring me their simple and complex home purchase scenarios,” he says, “and I help them achieve the dream of home ownership.”
Joining the industry 17 years ago after graduating from Bentley University with a degree in economics and finance and a minor in real estate law, Berman has since expanded his service capabilities to best accommodate his clients’ financial situation, lending needs and communication styles. “No borrower is cookie-cutter,” he insists.
Twelve years ago, Berman developed TruQual, a defined strategy for expediting the loan approval process and ensuring a risk-free transaction for both the buyer and the seller. Today, his system has gained popularity throughout the industry, thanks to its overall efficiency and adoptability.

Berman is also an avid fan of football and music and loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and two kids, remarking, “The best part of my day is being their dad.”
