As a licensed Realtor for just three years in the metro Atlanta area, Kerry Arias actually took her first steps into real estate two decades ago. “Twenty years ago, I took the real estate course and passed the exam,” she explains. However, life had other plans for Arias and her husband. “While waiting to schedule my state exam, we received the call to adopt our daughter,” she adds. “Fast-forward 20 years, and the time was right for me to jump into the fabulous field of real estate.”
Arias emphasizes her commitment to providing top-notch service to clients from all walks of life. Her roots run deep in the Atlanta area, where she has lived and worked for nearly half a century. Her dedication to service began long before her real estate career. She and her husband also co-owned Cutie Pies, a cherished children’s boutique in Dunwoody, known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Clients sing Arias’ praises for her exceptional service. “Selling or buying your home is a major stress point in life,” she says. “I do what I can to ensure a smooth transaction.” Her professional accomplishments include being part of her company’s Leading Edge Society and President’s Circle in both 2021 and 2022, and earning the Top Producer title from the Atlanta Realtors’ Association in both those years. When asked about her secret to success, Arias states emphatically, “Service to others. The real estate business isn’t about the house or the building; it’s about the people.”
In her downtime, Arias enjoys cooking and reading, along with spending time with her husband of 26 years and their children. But for Arias, success is not just about awards or commissions. Her proudest moment? Helping a person living in her car find shelter. “That is true success,” she says with passion, “helping others.”
