A professional interior designer, Meghan Riley Bowling has always loved design and architecture and decided that this background would complement a career in real estate. An associate broker with Keller Knapp Realty, Riley Bowling is using her expertise in interior design to further enhance her current business. “This year I am bringing staging back into my offering with my business partner, Lisa Milko. We have launched UpStaged” she shares. “Real estate and design go hand in hand, and I am thrilled to continue to offer my expertise to my clients.”

With a systematic yet fun approach, Riley Bowling prepares clients by setting goals to guide them through the process. She believes in open and honest communication. “We move fast these days, but keeping the lines of communication flowing will always lead to success,” she notes. “The process can be very challenging, and I help make the process successful, easier and as fun as I can along the way.”

A Lifetime Member of the Georgia Association of Realtors, Riley Bowling has been in the industry for 18 years and is consistently a top-producing agent in her office. She earned her broker’s license in 2018 and is currently working on becoming a Certified Business Coach to help other agents grow in their careers. “The longer I am in this business, the more humble I become,” she reflects. “I think our success is driven by those around us, and I am lucky to have surrounded myself with successful agents, as it pushes me to grow and strive to always be better.”

Riley Bowling continues to challenge herself in her business and personal life. This past year, Riley Bowling accepted the challenge to complete a fire walk. She describes the experience of walking barefoot over hot coals as amazing and empowering. “You have to dig deep to do something like that, and I will never forget it,” she exclaims. “I will do it again!”
