An Atlanta native who grew up in the Brookhaven area, Tricia Jenkins Quidley and her three children have lived in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek area for the past 23 years. “I call myself #youratlantanativeagent because I’ve either worked, lived or have friends that live in every part of town,” she shares. After receiving a degree in Spanish from the University of Georgia, Quidley earned her teaching degree from the University of Central Florida, taught middle school Spanish before staying home with her kids for 14 years.  She took a chance and began a new career in real estate in her mid-forties. The chance has paid off.

Recognized for her compassion, patience and authenticity, Quidley has been named a top producer for many consecutive years. The Atlanta Board of Realtors listed her among the top 10% for units and volume sold in 2020-21 and among the top 5% in 2022. Named an Atlanta Magazine Top Agent in 2023, she was a Tom Ferry Top Producer and a Real Producer Top 500 agent in 2022. A member of the Johns Creek North Fulton Rotary Club, she also volunteers with Women Build, a division of Habitat for Humanity.

Quidley enjoys traveling, speaking Spanish and playing tennis. “I am known for getting out and about around town, so people usually ask me what’s going on in the city,” she notes. “I really love talking with people and making new connections everywhere I go.”
