What was your first job in the realty industry? Leasing assistant.

Where did you grow up? Fayette County, GA.

What is your favorite free-time activity? Boating.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Ride on a boat.

Growing up, what did you want to be? Fireman.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Neil Armstrong – I dream of walking on the moon and would love to know what that is like.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? Home.

What do you love most about the industry? Helping people through one of the biggest decisions in their life and the freedom (control) to grow your business as much as you want.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Video.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Door knocking.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Kids’ school, church and neighborhood events.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Personally, creating two wonderful kids. Professionally, attracting such great talent to run my team.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? My wife loves movies, so we see a lot. I would say my favorite all time is Forrest Gump.

What is your favorite restaurant? Atkins Park.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? The Westin.

What kind of car do you drive? 2005 Honda Element and 1983 Jeep CJ7.

What is your favorite city after Atlanta? Athens, GA.

What is your advice for someone new to the industry? Work a 40-hour week.
