What was your first job in the realty industry? Assistant at my aunt’s brokerage.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I call my mom. She always knows how to calm me down and let me vent.
Where did you grow up? Milton, West Virginia.
Growing up, what did you want to be? I wanted to be a professional singer.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? I would love to have lunch with Jennifer Anniston. She seems very down to earth and I hear she loves margaritas.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? I like to hang out at home with my boyfriend and Pomeranian Pebbles.
What do you love most about the industry? I love that I get to interact with so many different people on a daily basis. Everyday is something new and exciting.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I like to be the one that gets people to laugh. I want to show people that buying or selling a home can be fun!
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? The most difficult part for me is when something does not work out for my client. I usually take it harder than they do.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I try to meet new clients everywhere I go. I love to spark a conversation with anyone I meet, whether it’s at the grocery store or nail salon.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? My greatest accomplishment thus far is when I was able to quit my full-time administrative assistant position to work as a Realtor full-time.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? The last good book I read was “Millionaire Real Estate Agent” by Gary Keller. This book has all the tools needed to be successful in real estate.
What is your favorite restaurant? It’s a tie between STK and Chops Lobster Bar.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? My favorite building in Atlanta is the Bank of America building. l love that you can see it from anyone in the city.
What kind of car do you drive? Infiniti G37.
Smartphone or paper? Both – I like to write notes on paper, and I use my iPhone for everything else.
What is your favorite city after Atlanta? Ft Lauderdale Florida. I love the city feel mixed with the casual beach atmosphere.
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Focus on prospecting everyday, no matter what.
What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? The FMLS app. I love to search on the go.
Who are your favorite people to follow on Twitter? I like to follow Donald Trump. He always has insightful and inspirational tweets.
