What was your first job in the realty industry? As a real estate agent with Keller Williams, representing a buyer.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Jogging.

Growing up, what did you want to be? An actor/screenwriter.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Helen Mirren; she is one of the best in her field as an actor.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? Piedmont Park in Atlanta.
What do you love most about the industry? The flexibility and the social networking.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? My background in civil engineering and hospitality.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? As long as you know your role and responsibilities, there’s no difficult aspect; everything is part of the process.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I use online tools, friends, family members and acquaintances.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? An exclusive sales agreement with Bank of America to sell several foreclosed properties worth millions of dollars.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? The movie Disconnect.
What is your favorite restaurant? Fish Market/Bistro VG.

What is your advice for someone new to the industry? Do your homework, take continuing education classes to improve your knowledge, enhance your social skills and find your own nitch in real estate.
