What was your first job in the realty industry? I was a real estate investor.
Where did you grow up? Los Angeles.
Growing up, what did you want to be? A lawyer, so I could help the underprivileged.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Listen to live music or ride my motorcycle.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Oprah Winfrey or Donald Trump. Both have so much knowledge in the business world; I’d love to have just an ounce of it.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? At the beach.
What do you love most about the industry? Helping people fulfill their dream – no matter what the dream looks like, it’s theirs, and helping them to accomplish it is a wonderful feeling.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I pride myself on honesty, transparency and following through on what I say I will do.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Not being able to clone myself.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I’m a people person, so I’m always networking – it doesn’t matter where I am.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? I’m still here doing what I love.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? The Go-Givers.
What is your favorite restaurant? I LOVE FOOD!!! I LOVE them all.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? The New Atlanta Symphony Center.
What kind of car do you drive? A Honda.
Smartphone or paper? Both.
What is your favorite city after Atlanta? Los Angeles. I lived only 10 minutes from the beach, and the food is incredible!
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Patience, patience, patience.
