What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Fold clothes, listen to audio books and play Mahjong.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Dr Charles R Drew

Where is your favorite place to hang out? Anywhere I can listen to live music, or in my living room at home.

What do you love most about the industry? I love being able to use my God-given gift as a nuturing person to help people realize their dream of homeownership.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I genuinely care about people, not just the money. I am patient and not pushy. I will work with people looking in any price range and make them feel as though I am so thankful they chose me because I am.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Not having enough hours in the day and being blamed for things that are not your fault. Worst of all working with difficult agents.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Everywhere I go presents is an opportunity.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? I take great pride in knowing I helped a blind woman that could be difficult find a home. Other agents that worked with her were frustrated because they had to pick her up. She did not drive. She was purchasing in a low price range and everything from the door entry to the appearence of the fixtures and beyond had to be described to her in intricate details. It took several months but she found the needle in the hay stack and I made I lifelong friend.
