What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Go to the spa, or read
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Oprah Winfrey, because she is my role model – an African American woman who has overcome so much adversity in her life. She never allows anything to stop her from accomplishing her dreams and goals. Oprah has broken so many barriers against all odds. I just love her. She has inspired me to be a better person.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? At home
What do you love most about the industry? Helping people to create wealth by achieving homeownership for their families and future generations
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I try to create a niche for myself by doing the things that is not ”sexy” in traditional real estate, i.e short sales, probate and bankruptcy sales.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Managing people’s expectations
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Empire Board of Realtists, Real Estate Connections and network events all over Atlanta
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Professionally, stepping out on faith to open Quality Solutions Realty LLC. Personally, being a wife and a mom to my two wonderful children (Nastassia Smith and Patrick Henry) is truly my greatest accomplishment.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? “The Miracle Morning,” by Hal Elrod, Michael J. Maher, Michael Reese and Jay Kinder, was a great book.
What is your favorite restaurant? Capers
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? The Capital Building. It represents knowledge and power – it’s amazing the things that happen in that building that affect our daily lives.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Learning your craft, and do not burn bridges; it’s a small industry.
