What was your first job in the realty industry? I met my first buyer 12 years ago on a Habitat for Humanity job site. He was helping me load up a couple of water jugs and saw my “For Sale” sign in the trunk!

Where did you grow up? I grew up in the Roswell area, but was born in Charlotte.

Growing up, what did you want to be? A sales person, like my dad

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Read the Bible

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Jesus Christ – his wisdom and kindness made him the ultimate person!

Where is your favorite place to hang out? Outside

What do you love most about the industry? There is never a dull moment.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? First, there is my experience – I have been in the business for more than 12 years. Also, I provide individual attention to each client, and always “going to bat” for them. I am always available to my client, whether be a 10 p.m. telephone call or negotiating a contract at the beach. Agent availability is of utmost importance, as the homebuying/selling process is the largest investment many folks are involved in.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Some aspects of working with clients is like being married – you are together so much, and really do get to know each other. Then comes the closing,and it’s like a divorce.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Realtor association functions, such as the annual Realtor Legislative Day at the Georgia Capitol and real estate agent luncheons for networking. I meet new clients/prospects everywhere from the grocery story to out dining at a restaurant – you have to keep your ears open.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Becoming a Multi-Million Dollar Club member.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? The movie “God’s Not Dead”

What is your favorite restaurant? Pano’s and Paul’s

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? The Candler Building in downtown Atlanta

What kind of car do you drive? A Lexus

What is your favorite city after Atlanta? London

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Understand the contract completely, and communicate often with prospects/clients.
