What was your first job in the realty industry? Property Management at Elite Realty Group
Where did you grow up? I was born in Chile but grew up here in Atlanta.
Growing up, what did you want to be? I have always dreamed of being an entrepreneur, living out my dreams!
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I like to go for a drive and listen to my favorite music.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? I would have lunch with Maya Angelou, she is an inspiration in my life.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? Anywhere where there’s delicious food!
What do you love most about the industry? I love how challenging it is. It takes a very strong and driven person to succeed in this industry.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I put my heart into everything I do. This isn’t just a paycheck for me.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? I think that managing my schedule has proven to be most difficult. As an entrepreneur, I have a lot of freedom so it takes discipline to stay on track.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I love going to networking events with other agents, I do seminars, social media. I make everywhere I go a networking event: gym, office, grocery shopping, everywhere!
What has been your greatest accomplishment? My greatest accomplishment was my first real estate closing. I was so proud of myself!
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? The last good movie I saw was “SOLO” Star Wars movie!
What is your favorite restaurant? I love PF Changs and Bartaco, can’t decide between the two!
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? I don’t have a favorite, just love the skyline.
What kind of car do you drive? I drive a Nissan!
Smartphone or paper? Smartphone, for sure!
What is your favorite city after Atlanta? Chicago, IL is beautiful.
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? No one besides yourself is responsible for your success.
What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? I love HOMESNAP and apps that track my mileage.
