Robert Mulcahy

Renovo Financial, a finance specialty real estate company, has opened an Atlanta office, according to the company press release. Robert Mulcahy will join as the regional managing director for the southeast region.

“Renovo built their processes around individual client needs and goals and that’s what sets them apart,” Mulcahy said in the press release. “They understand that speed matters, local knowledge is critical and they’ve proven that service is at their core with over 80% client retention. I’ve lived in Atlanta for almost 20 years, I have the local knowledge, I know the industry and now I have the right process and tools.”

Mulcahy joins Renovo with over 20 years of real estate finance experience. He spent 14 of those years at Angel Oak Prime Bridge where he was the senior vice president of product and strategy.
