Former Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ACBR) CEO Kristin Lamb joined Harry Norman | Forbes Global Properties as vice president – strategic operations.

In her new position, Lamb will work with President Todd Emerson and the brokerage’s leadership team to advance corporate initiatives, strategic priorities and organizational programs.

She will also work with the firm’s marketing and product teams, as well as company leaders to support the firm’s day-to-day strategic direction, while Emerson will work to support Harry Norman’s agents, brokers and recruiting efforts.

“Kristin brings an exceptional combination of strategic vision, real estate expertise and leadership experience to Harry Norman,” Emerson said. “She has spent decades understanding what makes real estate organizations successful, from developing people and strengthening operations to identifying opportunities and turning strategy into action.
