Sales have begun at The Providence Group’s new Evanshire master-planned community near downtown Duluth. 

The project will deliver a total of 140 residences, including two- and three-story townhomes. Currently available single-family homes begin at $631,700, while townhomes start at $530,400. Larger single-family homes of up to 4,192 square feet have not been priced yet. 

The gated community, located at 2978 Duluth Highway, will offer HOA-maintained lawns and a swimming pool and cabana. In-home features will include ground-floor owner suites in some units, open-concept living and entertainment spaces and gourmet kitchens.
