The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association is issuing a last call for participants in the 2022 Parade of Homes, which kicks off April 23.
GAHBA members that would like to show communities in the metro area have until Friday to sign up. For the first time in its history, the parade will include a virtual event, which allows custom home builders without model or spec homes to show to still participate, GAHBA Executive Director Corey Deal said in a press release.
“As a result of our robust marketing program for the Parade of Homes, participating builders benefit from increased visibility, traffic to their communities and people through the front door of their model and spec homes,” Deal said.
The parade will take place on the weekends of April 23-24, April 30-May 1 and May 7-8. Free, self-guided tours will be open to the public on Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. An interactive map of open homes will be available on the Parade of Homes app. GAHBA members can view pricing and sign up to participate at www.ATLHomesParade.com.
“Participating builders gain exposure to everyone from buyers in the earliest stages of looking for their first home to seasoned customers that value quality and know what they want in their next home,” David Weekley Homes Atlanta division president Adam Cornett said. “We particularly love that it’s a chance to get our brand out there in front of people who haven’t yet discovered us or weren’t aware of all we offer in the greater Atlanta area.”
Thus far, participating builders include:
- David Weekley
- Century Communities
- Eastwood Homes
- Brock Built
- Paran Homes
- Smith Douglas Homes
- Southwyck Homes
- Piedmont Residential
- Fischer Homes
