Kolter Urban’s latest Atlanta condominium tower, Elyse Buckhead, has reached over $100 million in sales after launching last year.
Located at 102 West Paces Ferry Road next to the St. Regis Atlanta, the 20-story tower is the Florida developer’s third condo development in Buckhead and follows the openings of the Dillon Buckhead and the Graydon Buckhead. Kolter Urban is also set to begin work on a fourth tower, Fourteen Park between Juniper Street and Piedmont Avenue in Midtown.
“Atlanta has consistently been an important market for Kolter Urban, and the continued momentum at Elyse Buckhead speaks to the strength of Buckhead and the demand for high-quality condominium living in the neighborhood,” said Aaron Taulbee, regional president of Kolter Urban. “Reaching $100 million is an exciting milestone for the project and further reinforces our confidence in Buckhead as a market for thoughtful, design-driven development that meets how buyers want to live today.”
Elyse Buckhead will have 194 residences priced from $1 million when it opens. Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty is handling sales. Units will range from one to three bedrooms spanning 1,400 to over 4,000 square feet. Each condo will have floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings and private terraces.
Elyse Buckhead will have 63,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including an amenity deck with a resort-style pool with private cabanas, outdoor lounges, fire pit, open-air kitchen and landscaped areas. Other amenities will include a pickleball court, dog park, club room, sports lounge with simulator, private dining room with catering kitchen, screening theater, pet wash station and flexible workspaces. There will also be a fitness center, movement studio, sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool.
“Buyers at this level are thoughtful and highly selective, so the pace of activity at Elyse Buckhead speaks to the strength of the offering,” said Anne Schwall, senior vice president of developer advisory group at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s. “We are seeing buyers respond to the rare opportunity to own new construction in an established Buckhead location, especially as high-quality condominium inventory remains limited in the neighborhood.”
