Meritage Homes announced the grand opening of its vignette model homes at Lake Iris in McDonough and Carter Grove: The Terrace in Cartersville. Buyers are invited to tour model homes, which are priced in the range of $200,000 and above.

The model home at Lake Iris features the Foxwood Floor plan, which includes four bedrooms, three baths, a kitchen with a bar, a family room with a fireplace and a guest suite on the main level. The second story has a master suite with a sitting area and bath, a media room and two secondary bedrooms. The homes at Lake Iris are priced from $276,000 to $324,000.

Lake Iris also offers amenities such as a neighborhood swimming pool, two tennis courts, street lights, sidewalks and lake views.

The vignette model home, featuring the Parkside floor plan at Carter Grove: The Terrace, has four bedrooms, three baths, a spacious kitchen, a two-story family room and a master suite. The homes at Carter Grove: The Terrace are priced from $216,900 to $364,900.

Carter Grove: the Terrace offers four home collections as well as two tennis courts, a swimming pool and an 18-hole golf course. Carter Grove offers four home collections and is located near Highway 41.
