For more than two decades, local powerhouse duo Jill and Dan Petersen of Petersen Partners have successfully combined their expertise and knowledge to deliver one-of-a-kind homebuying and selling experiences. The dynamic husband and wife team, widely regarded in the Atlanta real estate community and 2015 recipients of the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services (BHHS) Chairman’s Circle Diamond award, were recognized as the No. 1 BHHS Team in both 2014 and 2015. The two are in the top half of 1 percent of BHHS agents worldwide.
Both Jill and Dan Petersen come from large families rooted in entrepreneurship – a foundation that has inspired the familial nature and openness that team members and clients have come to expect. Prior to joining BHHS, Jill enjoyed a sales career, where she excelled as a negotiator and learned the value of not only listening to clients, but understanding them. Dan’s background included time working in finance, as well as marketing.
Coupling their skillsets created an incubator for success that has resulted in consistent growth for themselves and their team members. “We are proud to be taking our team to the next level with a strong focus on lead generation, team and one-on-one coaching, and a goal of helping team members double their business over the next year,” Dan says. The Petersens pride themselves and their team on the ability to create positive and lasting impressions on their mostly repeat and referral clientele. One of the team’s primary goals is to make each process seamless and joyful from start to finish.
In addition to a thriving real estate business, the Petersen’s are the parents of two teenage sons – their ultimate inspiration. The Petersens are avid runners and recently achieved their family goal of completing 50k worth of races this year. They hope to complete 100k next year, a feat that coincides with the Petersens’ philosophy: “Always challenge yourself, and always look at the bigger picture.”
