Ariel J. Baverman, Realtor

Coldwell Banker Realty

Ariel Baverman likes to make the process of buying and selling a home fun and easy, despite knowing it is one of the most stressful things a person can do in their life. Sometimes, it goes hand-in-hand with other challenging events like getting married, divorced, starting a family, becoming an empty-nester or losing a loved one. “I like to make sure that we have all the details buttoned up to ensure a smooth-as-possible experience,” says Baverman, an award-winning Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty.

With 17-plus years of experience in the industry, she has earned multiple awards. A couple of her most recent honors include the 2022 Five Star Circle of Service award, Atlanta Realtors Association Top Producers Award and 2022 Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle.

Baverman’s business is fully based on repeat and referral customers. She represents buyers and sellers, from first-time, to move-up, luxury and downsizing empty-nesters in Metro Atlanta. She also has a lot of experience with landlords, divorce and probate cases.

“My clients really like the personalized service I deliver,” says Baverman, noting she starts off each client relationship with an in-person meeting or video call to explain the process and learn about their wants, needs, goals and desires. “I try to make sure they are educated and informed every step of the way.”

Baverman grew up in Sandy Springs but her grandparents owned a real estate company in New York for decades. “My mom worked there when she was in college and continued her real estate career in Atlanta when I was growing up,” Baverman recalls. “Being the child of a Realtor, it’s going to go one of two ways—either you will hate real estate and want nothing to do with it, or you dive head-first.” She dove head-first, earned her real estate license after graduating from Tulane University and never looked back.
