Having immigrated from the United Kingdom, Midha got his first taste of US real estate upon buying a home here. It wouldn’t be until years later that the opportunity would present itself for him to make the leap into the industry. Now, with five years in the field, he leverages a nearly two decade prior career in finance, process improvement, system implementations and knowledge management to provide metro Atlanta clientele a top-notch experience.

“Having such a varied job history has allowed me to be better at understanding client requirements, providing a proven process, and constant communication,” shares Midha. He treats his clients like family and tailors his approach to each unique situation. His preparedness and execution have resulted in a mostly referral-based business. Despite his focus, Midha brings a lightness to every transaction. He notes, “I like the experience to be fun and will joke around … I like to see a smile on my client’s face.”

Midha credits his brand manager for adding value to the service he provides in an engaging way, as well as his own consistency for much of his success. He has been recognized by the Atlanta Realtors Association in multiple years as a top producer and received their Emerging Leader and Spalding White Award accolades in 2021. He has also made it into his company’s Success Circle for three years and was named a 2022 Real Estate All-Star by Atlanta Magazine. In addition, close to his heart is an award nomination by his colleagues for his embodiment of the core values of his firm.

Neel is a season ticket holder for the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United, and is also a Liverpool Football Club fan. He enjoys dining out with friends and family and is proud of his children, who are sophomores in college. A member of numerous professional organizations, he serves as the inaugural chair for the Atlanta Realtors Association’s Sustainability Committee, and is part of the leadership academy with the Georgia Association of Realtors.
