It’s the rare agent that can say they’ve served clients from 48 different countries, but after nine years in the business, Patty Webb can. A native of Colombia who came to the United States more than 40 years ago at a young age, Webb has personal experience with the emotional stress of leaving friends, family and even her native language behind to move to a new country. That experience naturally led her to a career helping others navigate similar life changes.
In addition to her own memories and education, Webb’s previous career experiences in hospitality management and more than 10 years working at Atlanta International School contribute to her passion for embracing the global community. She is known for being able to develop relationships with her clients, their families and top executives, anticipate their needs and help them become comfortable in the multicultural city of Atlanta.
Webb serves the areas of Buckhead, Brookhaven, Midtown, Morningside, Chastain and Atlanta Metro, where her clients say they appreciate her empathy, responsiveness, knowledge and guidance. She currently lives in Buckhead, and after more than three decades in Atlanta, is able to provide a broad market perspective for local and international clients alike.
One of few Certified International Property Specialists in Atlanta, Webb is also certified in Military Relocation and At Home With Diversity. The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals recognized her as one the Top 250 Latino Agents nationwide in 2021 and 2022.
Webb is active in many local nonprofits as both a board member and volunteer, and has been a mentor in the Georgia State University Robinson College of Business Graduate Mentoring Program since 2019. In her free time, she enjoys sampling international cuisine and discovering rare wines.
