Known as the driving force behind Team Simply Homes at COMPASS, Tuy Dewey Luong began his real estate journey when he bought his first home and realized how overwhelming the process could be. The experience sparked his mission to guide families through the homebuying process, and he’s been at it for nearly a decade.

Luong takes pride in understanding the preferences and priorities of millennial homebuyers. Based in Suwanee, he leads a team of 19 agents with a broad reach throughout Metro Atlanta to as far north as Flowery Branch and as far south as Peachtree City. The fast-rising team did $45 million in sales last year and, like Luong, specializes in serving millennial buyers.

Most of Luong’s clients come to him through word of mouth, referred by clients who appreciate his trustworthiness, deep knowledge and professionalism. The longtime Atlanta resident strives to bring positivity and a carefree spirit to his work, and he says his goal is to build a connection with each client. He wants clients to see him not just a Realtor but as a true friend.

Recently, Luong dove into real estate development and commercial real estate, bringing his passion for transforming spaces and creating opportunities to a whole new arena. He hopes to infuse commercial projects with the same blend of expertise and enthusiasm he lends to his residential business and has helped several of his residential clients take on their first commercial real estate purchases.

Outside of the real estate world, Luong enjoys home renovation projects and being involved in his community, hosting charity fundraising events through sports tournaments. He’s also not one to pass up a road trip with his wife and kids; quality family time is important to him.
