After nearly six years in the field, Yolanda Jeffries opened her own real estate brokerage where she serves as managing broker and team leader. “I never thought I’d fall in love with the industry, let alone stick around for nearly six years as a Realtor,” says Jeffries. Lux Life Realty is rapidly becoming the first full-service, luxury concierge brokerage to provide its clients and agents a broad range of offerings including white-glove service, general contracting and title services, investment loans and more. The Chicago office launch took place on August, 23, 2023 at the Signature Room, atop the John Hancock Center, and the company also launched in Merrillville, Indiana with its own office space. Now, Jeffries has turned focus to plan the Atlanta launch of Lux Life Realty in the Buckhead community. “We are in virtually every state and currently sprouting up in countries such as Tulum, Mexico, Ghana, Dubai and the Dominican Republic. Our agents can work from anywhere in the world!” she quips.

As a 2023 finalist for the Illinois Real Estate Journal Emerging Leader of the Year award, Jeffries has also appeared on the cover of Chicago Agent Magazine and has won Top Producer awards for Chicago every year since 2020. Above all else, her ability to connect and establish relationships with her clients – paired with her negotiating skills – are what yield client successes and make her a top-producing leader. “I want my clients to know they are working with a trusted professional who will get the deal done for them,” she says.
