Windsong Properties celebrates its 10th Anniversary and an OBIE award for its Stratton home plan in its Bel-Aire community.

This year marks a milestone year for Windsong Properties – not only does it celebrate its 10th anniversary, but it also celebrates its latest achievement at the OBIE Awards, which recognizes excellence in the homebuilding industry.

On Saturday, Nov. 2, Windsong Properties took home a Gold OBIE award for the Stratton home plan in Windsong’s Bel-Aire community, at the 2013 Obie Awards, presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s Sales & Marketing Council. The home’s highlights include a large great room, open kitchen, private courtyard retreat and flexible casita.

 2013 Marks a Busy Year for Windsong Properties

The victory at the OBIE Awards was one of many milestones for Windsong Properties this year. During its 10th anniversary, the company celebrated the sale and completion of the final homes in the Garden Street community in Downtown Woodstock; the beginning of construction on the Clubhouse in Windsong’s Bel-Aire community in Powder Springs; and the start of construction on Windsong’s newest community, Heron Pond, on Highway 92 in Woodstock. Windsong Properties also added six new employees this year and promoted four.
