What was your first job in the realty industry? Real estate agent

Where did you grow up? Miami

Growing up, what did you want to be? A clinical mental health counselor and a real estate broker

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Fly airplanes and read about historical events

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? I would like to have lunch with Thomas Friedman because he is a great journalist and author. His book titled “The World is Flat” is one of my favorite books.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? I love to hang out in Cabo San Lucas in Mexico and Montigo Bay in Jamaica because the scenery is breathtaking!

What do you love most about the industry? I love the ability to meet people from all walks of life, as well as the negotiating aspect of being a real estate practitioner.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I distinguish myself from other agents through my research skills as a result of my training as a college professor. I also distinguish myself as a real estate agent who tries to stay on the cutting edge of technology.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? The most difficult aspect of my job is trying to schedule time to attend workshops and expos that are outside of Georgia.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Most of my networking is done through online means

What has been your greatest accomplishment? My greatest accomplishment is being accepted into a PhD program.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? The last book that I read was “Emotional Intelligence” by Daniel Goleman.

What is your favorite restaurant? My favorite restaurant is Fireside.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? My favorite building is the Fernbank Museum.

What kind of car do you drive? I drive a Corvette and a Mercedes.

Smartphone or paper? Smartphone

What is your favorite city after Atlanta? My favorite city is Orlando, because it is a family-friendly, happy place with lots of sunshine.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Do everything legally and ethically to serve your clients.
