Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers recently opened a new office in Midtown Atlanta.
BHBGRE’s 27th office is located on Peachtree Street in the new 1010 Midtown luxury high rise. Its interior boasts many impressive design features: the new space is outfitted with massive murals and contemporary, high end furniture, and a convenient parking deck that gives clients and agents easy access to the office.

eXp expands Silverline partnership into Georgia.
Last week, eXp Realty announced that Silverline Escrow & Title had expanded their escrow, title, and settlement services to an additional fifteen states, including Georgia.
As a member of eXp’s Preferred Partner Program, Silverline has already been working alongside eXp to provide both clients and agents with streamlined closing services.
Together they have promised their customers access to remote closings, a closing advisor, and no junk fees.
