What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? After the downturn, I opened up the state of Georgia for a large casket company. I’ve been in every single small town in the state.

What is Atlanta’s best-kept secret? Parker’s on Ponce as an example of restaurants that doesn’t get tons of PR.

What do you love most about the industry? I love the non-stop change and ability to constantly hit new goals.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I establish that the buyers and sellers are more than a transaction. I care about their wants and needs and that comes through during the sales process with me. I answer my phone calls and texts immediately.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Carving out personal time.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Call and call more.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? Anything British Royal related.

What’s your favorite meal in Atlanta? Seafood tower and sides from Rathbun’s Steak.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? Might be cliche but I still love the Swan House.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? A buyer was stuck in a back-to-back closing. The moving truck had already shown up to the home with the freezer full of frozen breast milk. I drove to Publix and filled my car with 10-pound bags of ice and went to the house to save the breast milk.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? I have a GED and an MBA

What is your favorite vacation spot and why? Tybee. The rental house we get is quiet, on the beach, no crowds and no pretense.

What is your favorite city after Atlanta? Savannah
