Minerva Homes’ model home at Towns at Kendrick in Brookhaven is open and homebuyers can schedule a VIP tour, according to a press release from the company. 

Priced from the low $700,000s, the homes provide a covered front porch and welcoming foyer, 10-foot ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, a spa-like bath that contains a freestanding soaking tub, among a number of other amenities.

“This enclave community offers just nine opportunities to call it home, and with the luxurious details, modern conveniences and fantastic walkable location, these townhomes won’t be available long,” Jennifer King, director of marketing for Minerva Homes, said in the press release. “Each townhome offers the same fantastic features and finishes as the model home, as well as three or four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, two-car garages and a rear patio with 2,811 to 2,832 square feet of living space.”
