Newly formed build-to-rent property-management company Prim Properties has hired Rebecca Johnson as its new controller.
Before joining Prim Properties, Johnson served as CFO at REM Living and held senior leadership roles at The NuRock Companies, The Radco Companies and Walton Communities.
Her decade-plus career includes work in accounting, financial management and strategic leadership with a specialty in multifamily real estate and construction finance, accuracy and compliance.
In her new role as controller, Johnson will oversee all accounting functions across Prim Properties’ portfolio.

Johnson holds a Master of Science in accounting and is a certified public accountant licensed in Georgia. She lives in Acworth with her daughter. In her free time, she enjoys fitness, football and hiking.
