Several Atlanta-area real estate agents made this year’s Top 250 Latino Agents rankings from the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
According to the annual survey, the typical Realtor saw their transaction sides rise from 10 to 12 and their sales volume increase from $2.1 million to $2.6 million.
The incoming executive replaces Lee Arberg, who retired from the position after 25 years.
The new agents will continue to serve clients at Sugar Land, Texas-based RE/MAX Fine Properties, while growing their business in Atlanta.

Those promoted will be tasked with growing the company’s business in Atlanta as well as throughout Georgia and North Carolina.
The list recognizes the top 0.065% of more than 1.6 million licensed Realtors across the country based on 2021 data.
The new office will be the firm’s 28th location in metro Atlanta and North Georgia.
To support the promotion, Buckhead agent Nick LaMonte will become assistant sales manager at the firm’s Buckhead office.
Williams & Co. International Realty was founded by CEO Denise Williams and employs 65 agents.

The new hire, Blake Irving, will help train the firm’s more than 1,500 associates, emphasizing technology, engagement and innovation.
Managing broker and sales manager Ennis Antoine received the Meritorious Service Award because of the legislative and regulatory work he did for the National Association of REALTORS® as a Federal Political Coordinator.
