Priced from the low $700,000s, the homes provide a covered front porch and welcoming foyer, 10-foot ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, a spa-like bath that contains a freestanding soaking tub, among a number of other amenities.
Ellington comprises townhomes and single-family homes with townhomes starting at the mid-$300,000s and single-family homes starting at $400,000.
