What was your first job in the realty industry? I was a Buyer’s agent on a top producing team
Where did you grow up? Powder Springs, GA.
Growing up, what did you want to be? I dreamed of being a singer as a child! Even though I cannot even carry a tune! Ha!
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I pray, or go for a run.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Oprah Winfrey. She is so inspiring to me because she literally came from nothing and now she’s a mega superstar and a very influential person to many people!
Where is your favorite place to hang out? My home with my family.
What do you love most about the industry? I absolutely love that I can make people really happy and help them get to that next place in their life.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I am a genuine person. I truly care about people. For me, being in the real estate business isn’t about the money for me. It is about the experience that I can provide to my clients. I want them to feel like they received Ritz Carlton service when they leave the closing table with me. I truly strive to make a difference in people’s lives.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? The roller coaster effect! We get so busy working in our business that we do not make the time to work on our business. I am implementing plans to be better about that in the future.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Everywhere! Anywhere that I go is an opportunity to network with new potential clients.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Wow, I would say by far my greatest accomplishment is my family. My husband and I have been together since I was 14 years old. We have 3 amazing children together! He is my soul mate and my rock.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? I just read “You are a Badass at Making Money” by Jen Sincero. It’s all about mindset! Being successful in this life is all about mindset.
What is your favorite restaurant? La Parilla! I love Mexican food and a great margarita.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? Ponce City Market. It has a little bit of vintage combined with a little bit of modern flare. I love the old features that were preserved in this building along with the new world industrious look.
What kind of car do you drive? 2013 Caddilac SRX

What is your favorite city after Atlanta? Charleston, I love the southern charm it has!
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Be prepared to work long hours, holidays and weekends.
