The firm, Green Forest Capital, purchased Phoenix Place Townhomes from Pacific West Land for almost $14 million. 

The 276-unit project will be known as The Pullman. 

The 25-home luxury community is a short drive from Lake Lanier and offers homes priced from the $700,000s. 

The South Cobb County community offers 79 single-family homes starting in the $400,000s. 

The community, Morgan Park, will be centered around a town green with a clubhouse, pool and cabana. 

The 18-story building will bring 144 condominiums to Peachtree Road in the heart of Buckhead.

Listed at $4.995 million, the superstar’s Buckhead condominium sold for $7.225 million in a matter of weeks. 

Spoke offers 224 units ranging from studios to three-bedrooms.  

Pendergrast Farm will bring 20 energy-efficient homes to a heavily wooded parcel off Briarcliff Road. 

The nine-acre community, Knollwood, will offer 20 single-family homes. 

Sales of the 188 homes to be built at The Pointe at Heron Bay will begin Oct. 21. 

The multi-phase infill project is targeting the vacant and abandoned properties that are found throughout the historic district. 

Seller information was not disclosed, but Henry County records show the property was assessed at $43.8 million earlier this year. 

The Atlanta-based companies have already started welcoming residents to Tessa Barrow Crossing in Winder, the first of more than 12 communities they have in the works. 

The newly built apartment community offers 257 units ranging from studios to two bedrooms. 

The 244-unit community is called The Cottages at Battlefield Crossing.
