The nine-acre community, Knollwood, will offer 20 single-family homes. 

Sales of the 188 homes to be built at The Pointe at Heron Bay will begin Oct. 21.

The 244-unit community is called The Cottages at Battlefield Crossing. 

The 315-apartment community is now known as Windsor Vinings.  

The 18-story apartment tower overlooking the BeltLine is 40% leased following a summer pre-launch campaign. 

Chase Mizell of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty is handling the sale on the superstar’s behalf. 

Crescent Pointe at Great Sky is a 55-plus community with 92 homesites. 

The second phase of the apartment community will bring 212 affordable and market-rate units. 

The community, Tranquil Gardens, comprises 73 three- and four-bedroom detached houses and townhomes. 

The project, to be called Camino, will add 304 apartments and townhomes to the Buford Highway Corridor. 

The New York-based firm purchased the Sandy Springs development through its workforce-housing unit TS Communities. 

The project, Cherry Glen, will be developed in two phases over the next three years.
