The community, Morgan Park, will be centered around a town green with a clubhouse, pool and cabana.
The 18-story building will bring 144 condominiums to Peachtree Road in the heart of Buckhead.
Pendergrast Farm will bring 20 energy-efficient homes to a heavily wooded parcel off Briarcliff Road.
The median price of a new home sold during the month fell to $418,800 from $433,100 in August, the U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development reported.
