Pendergrast Farm will feature 20 eco-friendly luxury homes priced from $1.2 million.

Smith Douglas Homes, plans to develop a 139-townhome community there. 

The multifamily development, The Averly Collins Hill, is scheduled to deliver concurrently with the 15-story Northside Hospital Gwinnett tower, which is going up nearby. 

The Atlanta-based developer recently secured a $36.4 million construction loan for the community, Foxgrove on Castleberry. 

The John’s Creek master-planned community will offer 128 townhomes and single-family homes. 

The apartment community also features 20 rentable office spaces. 

Declining interest rates spurred the increase. 

The Brunswick community offers 60 for-sale and 192 rental homes. 

The development will have 53 estate-sized homes priced from $1 million. 

The recently opened 303-apartment community was sold for $97.5 million, according to Cobb County records. 

The homes will be priced in the high $600,000s, with sales slated to begin at the end of March. 

The Cottages at Southampton offers 250 townhomes. 

An undisclosed Atlanta-based homebuilder purchased almost 60 acres of the 184-acre master-planned community in Gwinnett County. 

The Gwinnett County developments encompass a combined 210 lots. 

The company’s newest development, Alta Northerly, brings 310 units to the Atlanta suburb. Meanwhile, vice presidents Kelly Keech and Lynne Churillo are taking on the role of senior vice president of operations.

The community has 78 home sites.
