Where did you grow up? Venezuela and Iran

Growing up, what did you want to be? A pilot or a nurse

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Go camping, hiking or swimming

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Ronald Reagan – I feel he was so loved and respected by all Americans, and I would love his input on where we are today.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? Our back porch

What do you love most about the industry? I love everything about buying and selling homes. I love design, helping clients see the vision, the excitement and challenges. I love it all!

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I am a constant communicator, so my clients never feel like they don’t have a Realtor they can call for anything, day or night.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Dealing with agents that are either unprofessional, not well trained, or taking things too personally. It is not their home they are buying or selling, so they must keep that in perspective when dealing with challenges.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I don’t necessarily “go” anywhere, as I’m consistent with my marketing plan and constant communication with current and previous clients. That’s where most of my business comes from – referrals.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Becoming the No. 1 agent in my office and No. 14 across all of Harry Norman in three short years.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? I’m reading the “Brilliance Trilogy” at the moment and it’s very intriguing. Last good movie? I honestly can’t remember. I don’t go to movies too often.

What is your favorite restaurant? La Tavola Trattoria

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? 1180 Peachtree. I call it the “falcon building” because it looks like the wings of a falcon up in the air as it’s landing.

What kind of car do you drive? A Lexus RX 300

Smartphone or paper? Both – smartphone for the calendar, paper for notes

What is your favorite city after Atlanta? Seattle

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Ask a lot of questions. Never try and do a deal by yourself the first time. Find a mentor.

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? ShowingTime

Who are your favorite people to follow on Twitter? I don’t care much for Twitter.
